I wanted to make this build public for a number of reasons.
This build works AMAZING for 5v5.
This build is the way I run teemo, and i can get my shrooms to annoy the enemy so much, that they overthink where they will move next. Or they will not think enough, and become prime bait for my next attack.
There is NO WAY in a 1 on 1 confrontation that you should lose mid game, or late game against most carries, or tanks. Knowing you can lay a shroom or two, and lure them into it and then hit and run them to death. Sometimes 2 on 1!

Effective, and harassing
Incresed auto attack damage after using or
Effective Teemo build if used correctly
Not nearly as death-prone as most other Teemo builds.
Amazing in team fights
Still has the universal taunt (people automatically think Teemo is a free kill)
Is still somewhat vulnerable to spells.
Takes tactics and quick decision making to be good in 1 on 1 confrontations.
Due to the "universal taunt" as previously mentioned, i find it necessary to make sure their attacks and spells deal less damage when the taunt takes effect. Since the frozen heart gives armor, it is good to make your runes give magic resist for the opposite side of the damage reduction, in order to combat the taunt.
You want to make sure you get frozen heart faster if the enemy is full of high AD champions. (IE Vayne, Tryndamere, Master Yi, Garen, Xin Xiao)
Get the moonflair spellblade if your opponent's team is full of CC.
The rest of the item build is a no brainer to the order.
I find this sequence help a LOT for solomid, or 2v2 harassment. with your move quick at lvl 3, your opponents wont be able to chase you down., and your is a great way to harass AD's, and for mages it's usually too much damage for them to ignore.
- farming up to lv 11 (I dont farm with shrooms until level 11 usually, it makes it take less shrooms.)
- run away, or chase down
- harass level up ASAP
- more useful chase/run for higher level (At level 10, your enemies DEFINITELY have boots, so a bigger ergin is needed.)
i usually take flash with any champion i take, but ghost has becaome second nature to me too. and they both really work wonders when you might have accidentally camo'd in a bad place, and they saw you go into camo, or they have it warded. then + away.
Your makes you overpower AD's too much for them to do much at all to you.
Your is a great way to control and set-up team fights already sided to your favor.
Your allows you to get away from people easily if done correctly.
Your gives your auto attack some use.
