Notes for runes
Seals : I haven't done extensive testing on the Scaling Armor runes, but they did receive a buff and Theoddone is running them on all of his rune pages, so I do believe that they are the strongest pick, as Nocturne now has 4 more armor at level 1.
Glyphs : Scaling magic resist because you will be farming the jungle in the early game, trying to get wriggles and eventually the Feral Flare.
Quintessences : Because of the new rune changes, you benefit more from AS marks and AD quints than from AS marks and AD quints.
