thank you kindly for denouncing Berzerker's greaves! They are ****! However I think you are highly over valuing merc treads. They belong in the late game for team fights (levels ~16-18), between levels 6-16 your job consists of one thing. >>>KILLING EVERYTHING<<<. Your team mates are responsible for a tiny little lane each. let them have their berzerker's greaves and lucidity boots. THE ONLY BOOTS FOR YOU ARE MOBILITY BOOTS. No enemy should ever feel alone! their mid should cower on his tower in fear, No matter where you go (aside from fully b'd) you are never more than 15 seconds away from setting a gank on his ***! (REMIND HIM OF THIS FREQUENTLY!!!). Their juggler should never make a clean sweep of his creeps without finding holes in his camps. Small holes sink ships. Your jungle should be farmed every 100 seconds on the second. If you want to play nocturne you are playing the most maneuverable versatile killing machines in the league. The only thing standing between you and total domination, is the time it takes you to get within range of your ulti....that and maybe that feeder who keeps dying in top lane no matter how many times you tell him to stop pushing...and maybe that troll shaco/teemo who keeps leaving **** lying around your base....and I guess mobility boots wont make up for that **** who decided to D/c right after the loading screen came up....or the fact that the latest champ is over powered as **** and just killed you in two hits with their <insert-******ed-ability-with-ridiculous-AD/AP-ratio-here>. But seriously Mobility boots, try em, they are ****ing magical. Oh and don't forget to buy wards, you can afford them now that you farm faster.
I see what you are saying but maybe if movement speed is that important to you maybe building towards an early Phantom Dancer via Zeal would be better imo. I just don't like Mobility Boots, but I like what ya said about getting Merc Treads later, unless you are facing a CC happy team ofc.
