Make sure when you build Nocturne make sure to rush the madred's razor because as long as you have a jungle item (not spirit stone) large monster kills, kills and assists. After you have bought a madred's razor, you must build a bilgewater cutlass in order to stay in the game, in order to avoid death mid game, you should build a spectre's cowl for a small health bonus and magic resist. After grabing your mid game items, you need to buy a wriggle's lantern to finally get the feral flare and all that other ****.

I know that this guide isn't that colorful with information but if you follow these steps then you will have followed a guide to true darkness.
