Early game

Early game you will want to focus on getting a good cs (creep score) while also making sure to poke with your spear shot. Do this until about lvl 6-8. If you die before this use your tp so you dont fall behind in lane

Mid Game

Mid game you will want to focus on the objectives dragon and baron. Make sure to ward them. Get you and at least 1 other teammate for dragon. Get the whole team for Baron. Once you get the Baron buff you should initiate most teamfights because you are so tanky by now.

Late game

Once you are about lvl 16 you should be done with the build or almost done. Right here you should have destroyed at least 1-2 lvls of their turrets. Just focus on pushing together at full health so you can win your teamfights. This should allow you to win.
