I don't know what you're trying to do with this build, Romantheus. Nunu isn't a carry, he is a support character with an ulti that makes up for his lack of dps. As Nunu, getting 14 kills isn't your goal. The goal is to win the game and you can do that by slowing your enemies and hastening your carry to get a really fed carry. IMO the best build is one with TONS of survivability, mobility (Boots of speed) and cooldown reduction and maybe one haunting guise to kill some squishies with your ulti.

Nunu is supposed to be a tanky support char, ur build takes that purpose totally out of place, and it makes u a solo player, instead of a team player imo, rather pointless to use Infinity's in nunu, since ur blood boil can buff a team mate and u getting the buff as well gives u enough damage, and RoA so late in the game, kinda useless, since that is a item that's only worth it early/mid game. And the crazy amount of HP u stack makes u rather vulnerable to chars that use attack speed as main specs, 1 madred's bloodrazor, and bye bye, ur in the grave. The random runes is another point that fails here. -1 from me, sorry.

I honestly dont even have runes myself yet I just choose some randomly , Im not even level 20 summoner yet I just play NuNu this way and I tend to range bout 15 kills a game and 2 deaths. With Warmogs I'm able to turret dive easily early game and I dont get boots until late because in chases your Blood Boil and Ice
Blast will slow them down

I'm not sure if this is a troll build or not, but I'm not a fan. There's little point in getting Warmog's and you walk a thin line between AP and AD that leads to you dealing overall mediocre damage. You get RoA and boots way too late and Infinity Edge is honestly rather pointless, as are the Quints of Furor. Actually, all your runes are terrible choices to be honest.

Ive used it with and without and it does change your damage inpact ALOT and gets alot of kills when you catch up to them in chases

So, what is the point of having Infinity Edge?
