bloodthirster So yeah you already got some attack speed you will need damage and Life Steal
and the best to get that is to get this: - So yeah you will have Damage, Life steal, Attack speed that will be enough to conquer easily with the best champs.
phantom dancer After that get some attack speed and Critical using this: - Criticals will enlarge your life steal and attack speed will be needed.
- madreds bloodrazer 4% of opponents max health to Damage would be nice to get agains tanks ...
*I will not be using pictures as they tend to mess up how the text is ordered, instead i will use color coding to make it more readable*
Core Build:
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Great DPS damage dealer
- Very mobile, as Destiny lets you get anywhere, with a pretty low cooldown
- Excellent Ganker
- Good stun OR AoE slow because of Pick a Card
- Great Farmer (thanks to Loaded Dice passive)
Cons
- Very Squishy
- An Overall Slow Hero
- Very Targetable in a Team Fight
- Difficult to Position (Shorter Range)
How To Counter The Cons
A simple array of items can be used to counter Twisted Fate's Cons.
To counter the lack of speed, you very quickly (mid game) pick up a Zeal. The zeal serves many purposes, for starters, it gives you an additional 8% movement speed, which is a huge bonus. Secondly, it also gives you an added attack speed bonus, which is nice to have on Twisted Fate. Thirdly, since you are ganking alot, you will be getting gold. The Zeal gives you some crit chance to help dish out some more damage. Later, this being upgraded to a phantom dancer, which gives you more crit chance, attack speed, movement speed, and EVEN dodge chance, which is KEY
To counter the positioning problem, try to stun a target in place using your Gold Card or slow multiple targets using your Red Card. This will let you get at LEAST 2-3 shots off before the person can get away.
The
blood thirster!!!!!
- OK. This is a very crucial step because the SECOND you get this item, you go from being more of a DPS support to being a DPS carry. The crits from your zeal would let you hit for ~250 Damage each crit (so only 10% of the time). When you get the bloodthirster the whole game becomes REALLY easy. you will need to occasionaly need to use destiny to find huge creep waves and last hit them all. you will be dishing out huge damage because the bloodthirstwer is so powerful and you can gain alot back. your madreds bloodrazer will also help tear through your enemies if you get the gold card allowing probobly 3 extra hits before they can run.
Phage and Frozen Mallet:
Twisted Fate, to quote Ernil:
Quoted:
Ernil:
HeAt WHY do you INSIST on playing glass cannon heroes, I will never understand that. Twisted Fate, is SUCH a glass cannon, learn a good hero, LIKE NIDALEE!
Well I would like to give Ernil some credit for giving me the idea to get beefy and get a phage. The Phage gives you the health necessary NOT to be so squishy, along with a slow that 1, lets you land more hits off, and 2, keeps the enemy within range during a team fight. The upgrade is obviously for more health and the consistent slow... pretty self-explanatory.
i mean to be able to tear through people with your bloodrazer and heal off them while they try to flee is so great. and also due to the sword of divine they cant dodge and your stacked deck prety much does an extra 100 damage. prety sweet deal i think.
Please for build order, just follow the order of items as seen in the build order, thank you for taking the time to read my build. :) comment + rate xD
Conducted by the infamous Dr. Xavier Rath, Twisted Fate was told that the wager for such participation might be steep. He might change forever, or nothing might happen, or he might die horribly. Pain, however, was likely a part of the deal no matter the outcome. These were hardly the worst odds the gambler had faced; his hopes raised, Twisted Fate underwent the experiment, enduring what he must for a chance at his dream. Then, it ended - with seemingly no affect whatsoever. The gypsy rogue flew into a murderous rage, but, before he could strike down the team, he suddenly teleported himself miles away. With a sly grin, he realized his luck had won out yet again. He now brings his luck and rakish charm to the Institute of War, where he is the Champion of choice for many - especially the gambling kind. To this day, Twisted Fate has avoided his inevitable reunion with Dr. Rath. The Card Master knows, however, that a confrontation is coming.
"While the future may be mysterious and unknown to most, Twisted Fate is certain that his future lies within the cards."
