Maokai is very mana heavy, take 3 points in Meditation over Wanderer .

The skill order seems impossible, try maxing skills at 9, 13 and 18. Not one skill maxed, and then 2 points in one skill at level 12 and 2 in the other. Put points in your ult at the standard levels.

Organize your cheatsheet better, have the enhancements in their own section. List some items as Core items, letting people know to get them every game. (Ex Spirit of the Ancient Golem).

That is too much info for item notes in the wards bit. Make that part of its own chapter about warding, and add some pictures.

The rest of the guide seems like a big wall of text. Read the guide I linked in my description to see how to BBCode like a boss and make your guide look good.

Well Lagger, you can take mana regen if you need it. But blue is sufficient and movement speed is very important on Maokai, especially with a CDR approach instead of mobility boots. I never run into mana problems even using my abilities on cooldown at every camp. Once your first blue buff wears off you're normally ganking and doing only the occasional wraiths/wolves or helping your mid/bot with blue and red so the mana expenditure is lower.
There are certainly many viable specs and we don't have to argue about them. But I will add a chapter explaining the use of key masteries.

i always get q first because you can charge your passive in base and you deal pretty much the same damage. and when your blue gets invaded and you started e you are kinda fcked.

Wrong again. Hint: You specced movespeed instead of mana regen on one of the mana hungriest junglers.

'Incorrectly' does not apply to specs, it depends on what you want to achieve. If you need more mana regen, put that 1 point into it rather than teleport.
E first is sensible if enemy gank is very likely, otherwise Q is more efficient both mana-to-damage wise and for ganking with your team. Also note I specifically mentioned in the notes that Mao's skill order is flexible and should be chosen based on the situation.

Your utility tree is incorrectly specced. Also, Bulwark is out of the game. Skill order is also wrong - E first, no exceptions.
