Olaf is a great jungler and your clears are great. Due to Olaf's passive the lower your health the easier it is for you to kill the monsters. So try to keep your health bar at about 50-75% since you don't want to get too low in case you get invaded. Try to always start on the bot side buff, then go to wolf, and end at the opposite buff, this way you can either go top if the enemy laner is pushing or get scuttle crab and then look for an opportunity to counter gank. If not then you can do a full clear just keep in mind you will get a bit low if you do that.

Ganking as Olaf is pretty simple, try to go up from behind and land your q but try to make it so it lands on them and not past them, this way you can pick up your axe everytime and keep throwing it. This will cause the enemy laner to be perma slowed or flash away. Keep in mind you can also use Stalker's Blade.

At this point you want to be really tanky already, Olaf does not need damage items plus his E already does true damage. Mainly you want to go and dive into their backline and kill their carries, no one can stop you when you have ult. Make sure your team can follow up if not then try to poke with q until you're sure that when you go in you can kill their carries. Always try to keep pressure on the map and get objectives. Focus on having their bot side warded so you can do dragon safely. Same thing for late game baron.
