Wukong is an excellent champion capable of do many things, from tank to do very hard damages.
This guide will help you building a strong off tank Wukong that will resist a lot doing a lot of damages.

PROS

Really hard to get down.
Amazing passive.
Decoy let you to get closer making some damage or farm and running away easly.
Amazing ultimate.
Good ganker.
Really useful in team fights.
He is a monkey!

CONS

Your decoy will not work ever, if your enemies are not stupid they will learn how you use it.
Relative high cooldowns.
Not a really good farmer.

I won't spend too much words for the runes, i think they are a logical choice.

Greater Mark of Desolation
All abilities(except Docey) are dealt as physical damage, so this will obviously the best choice.

Greater Seal of Replenishment
Those runes will solve all your mana problems.


Useful Glyph runes that really help you in the early laning phase, but don't worry they are great even the other phase of the game. You could use instead of them to low your cooldowns.

Greater Quintessence of Desolation
As I said for the first ones.

The masteries depends on your playstyle, if you want to go for a more defendive way go for a 0/21/8, i like going more offensive so i choose a normal offensive 21/0/9.

There are diffent ways to start up the build:

Defensive start:

HP, Def, HP regen, Great item I really suggest it to you if you are going to solo.


Offensive start:

Really good if you are a really offensive one, the little life steal grants you even a little bigger laning presence.


Doran's Blade is for sure better but this will help you saving some money using it to build The Brutalizer. Buy long sword just if you think you can lane without the extra HP and Life Steal.


Neutral Start:

The extra movement speed is always good either in offensive and defensive way.
