Basic rundown/info
This build is focused entirely around one-shotting any enemy that isn't a tank. The full mortal will stacked W does around 1100 damage at full build. The E also does massive damage at around 900. This build is VERY squishy and you will die if you get hit by any CC. Play at your own risk.
