The Pest (URF Build)

By Centurionatus
Ever wanted to annoy the enemy teaam to death? Make sure any auto attacker literally cannot play the game? Become public enemy number 1? If so then this is the build for you.

This build revolves around being an uncatchable, very very annoying blind bot. Phase rush is easy to proc on Teemo with auto and Q spam and W is on a very low cooldown. Combined with celerity and nimbus cloak this makes you pretty damn fast even pre first item.

The best part of this build is that you don't have to win your lane or do super good. You can shut down any split pusher or AA focused champs, especially if they're melee. If that doesn't work out you can also just run around the map burning through towers before running away while spewing tilt flavored mushrooms.
Play Style
You want to always be on the move with this build, you could almost consider the play style to be dive bombing. Keep running around with W spam (free finger strength training) and whenever they try to engage on you activate shurelya's or auto-Q-auto to proc phase rush. This build won't do a whole lot of damage but it's guranteed to make your enemies have zero fun.
Early Gameplay
Make sure to start Q for the top 5v5 at the start everytime, after a short time of running in and out of the fight you should be able to proc phase rush and be near uncatchable since no one has boots yet.

If you're playing solo lane (midlane) then you want to play a little bit safe until you get boots and a point or two in W. At level 3 you should be able to freely run around the lane and poke their health down until they're forced to back. Keep repeating this until you can get to their tower and hopefully use demolish on it for free plate gold.

At level 6 just start spewing mushrooms everywhere so they can't safely try to get on top of you without soaking damage from them and suffering from a crippling slow when paired with your MS steroid from W and runes. If they manage to get on you the bone plating should soak the first burst of damage long enough to hopefully get you back out of danger
First Item/Boots
After getting Shurelya's and berserkers make sure they can't get to your tower before zooming out of your lane to go run up and gank/harass other enemies on different lanes and shrooming up top and bot river around objectives.
2-3 Items
With Shurelya's , Dead Man's and boots the gains from celerity should be huge paired with W, large enough to make you near uncatchable unless it's Lillia or Rammus. Just keep hopping around lanes and shoving waves in while harassing enemies trying to fight your teammates. The blind and damage cripples anyone trying to fight your team. While they fight try to get some shrooms in ot behind their team to slow them and trigger phase rush and cosmic drive for a ton of move speed. With all the movespeed this provides you are near untouchable if you have the reaction time to reliably react to skill shots.
Late Game
This is where the situational items come into play, if it's a lot of tanks and people who can't do anything about you Liandry's is a good option to increase your damage and become even more annoying. If their base is open grab Maligance and start filling everywhere that doesn't reveal shrooms (Or the steps of their fountain if you're confident you can, it's really annoying.) Shurelya's should aid your team in closing in or keeping distance easily. During fights just keep running around the enemy team and in and out to blind and throw shrooms at them to sew chaos. During teamfights use Shurelya's and W off cooldown to keep yourself moving at uncatchable speeds.
Strategy when losing
This is where Navori comes into play, go malignance and Navori when trying to defend your base and make sure they can't auto the towers using Q and auto attacking to lower the cooldown of Q and W. Throw mushrooms everywhere they try to enter so they can't ever walk in without soaking damage and being slowed so badly it would hinder their ability to fight you or your teammates
Final Notes
Once again, this build is not made to have high damage. It WILL make the enemy team hate you and possibly try to focus you. The fun of this build is knowing the enemy team isn't getting to have any fun and shutting down any AA carries on the enemy team. Now go sell your soul and make the enemy team remember why Teemo has a high ban rate in URF. Make sure to remind them why they should never go another game without banning this evil hellspawn
