Orianna seems be a support. Nonetheless, her passive could transform her into a dps.

That's why i wrote this guideline. For people who would like play a dps with Orianna and not support.

Her passive uses power ability.
So i prefer power abilities runes to magic penetration.

Changes are possible, perhaps it better exists.

Orianna isn't a tank : defense is useless.
We would like do autoattack damage : improve the attack masteries.

I have tried many build, and, if hextech would be a good idea, i think guinso is better.

Basically, i think a dps Orianna needs abilities power, which boost all her spell, but also attack speed.

Why the first item ? She needs mana.
Why guinso ? Cheaper than hextech, it provides damage (autoattack !) abilities (sorts and passive) and attack speed.
Why Nashor ? Orianna is originally a support design character with usefull spell. Coolddown reduction and attack speed are very usefull.
Why boots of swiftness ? Mobility. And nashor allows us to have a cooldown reduction...

Lich bane gives us mana, abilities and...a huge capacity of damage ! (abilities is add to autoattack !!!) and resist, and mobility...and perhaps coffee ?

To conclude, is the game allows you to buy it, hextech gunblade gives us a significant advantage. But it costs a lot.
