If you miss your Q on Cassiopeia she will turn around and kill you, make sure you can 100% your Q before using it.
Corki
If Corki is allowed to scale into the game he will shred you regardless of what resistance you build, try your best to put early pressure on his lane and build an Anathemas Chain to try and control him from scaling.
Fiora
Similar to Corki if Fiora gets fed it doesn't matter how much armor you have, think about getting Anathema Chains but even with the item do not try to 1v1 her she will eat you for breakfast.
Kayn
Currently my perma banned champion. hate this champion if he goes red Kayn have fun trying to kill him.
Kha'Zix
Avoid him early as much as possible and try to mitigate the damage he does to your laners, eventually he becomes nearly impossible to lock down so him being fed will be a problem for you and your team.
Kindred
If you miss your Q on Kindred she will turn on you and kill you with ease, avoid giving her unnecessary kills and try to navigate with your team to deny her passive stacks.
Lillia
Another miss your Q and you're dead and her clear and movement speed make it very hard to keep up with her ganks, try your best to read where she will be and counter gank.
Mordekaiser
Mordekaiser's love to use their ultimates on you because you have no way of killing him and it drags you away from your team, do everything you can to stall in his ultimate and get out alive.
Olaf
Obvious reason is you can't lock him down, so avoid him once he is 6 so he doesn't get any leads for no reason.
Trundle
If Trundle uses his R on you then you become easily killable and there is not much you can do about it, he will always target you for his R if he can so try to disengage and reengage once his R is down.
Vayne
The only ADC I fear is Vayne, miss your Q and she will kite you until you die. Anathemas for Vayne is needed if she gets ahead.
Aatrox
You can cancel his 3rd Q proc with your own Q when ganking to make it easier to stun and kill him
Ahri
With your passive the charm doesnt actually slow you and unless she is fed like crazy she will not have the potential to kill you but she is also very hard to lock down try and gank pre 6
Akali
Miss your Q and it is almost impossible to get on top of her so use it wisely
Akshan
If you miss your Q he is likely able to do A LOT of damage to you his mobility makes it difficult to lock down and land your R
Alistar
When ganking avoid using your Q until Ali has committed his headbutt and you should be able to grab a flash out of him or the adc at the very least
Amumu
Usually in the support role in the current meta, will likely use his stun to stop you getting on the adc but it means you can kill him instead in his place
Anivia
If you use your Q and miss she will wall you then stun you and press R and you wont be a happy pig, make sure to land the Q.
Annie
Fairly easy to gank and unless super fed won't be able to burst you. Take the stun hits for your laner and your laner will happily follow up.
Aphelios
No gap closers so hitting your Q should be straight forward and he wont do enough damage to kill you before you can kill him
Ashe
Same as Aphelios, no gap closers and will just slowly die to you once you land your Q
Aurelion Sol
Doesnt really have the potential to kill you, just try to avoid his stun and you will force a flash or get a kill
Azir
Tricky to because of mobility try to go into an angle where you can cut off his retreat and youll get his R or flash
Bard
Has no kill potential on you at all, just avoid his Q stun and he is powerless
Blitzcrank
When ganking make sure you know if Blitz has flash or not, if he does and you force it with your Q make sure you juke the Q he is about to land on you and you get a flash for free
Brand
care how you use your Q against him, it will set him up easily for his own stun and big damage will follow
Braum
Alone can never kill you, when ganking his lane try to dodge the Q and he has nothing left to stop you getting on top of him or his adc
Caitlyn
Try to force her E before using your Q or try to predict it with your Q or R and intercept it, you do that and her flash will be forced or better you get the kill
Camille
Not easy to gank because of her mobility but you can interrupt it with your Q, if she gets ahead in her lane avoid 1v1s with her because of her true damage
Cho'Gath
Lacks mobility so is very simple to gank, avoid his Q and flash will be his only option of getting away
Darius
Avoid ganking him if you have a tank top and Darius is level 6, Sejuani alone doesnt have the damage to burst him quick enough when he is at full HP, try to use your Q to close the gap to avoid his Q damage and heal
Diana
Will almost never have enough damage to burst you so you can stay on top of her and make her an easy kill for your teammates
Dr. Mundo
You have 3 different ways of removing his passive and will most likely not have enough damage to run you down
Draven
No gap closer so make sure you Land your Q and he will be unable to catch his axes, miss your Q and you may be in trouble
Ekko
Difficult to lock down because of his movement speed and his R, you will have to make in game decisions on whether or not you should throw all your CC on him before he presses R or save it for after he presses R
Elise
Difficult to deal with in the early stages of jungling, avoid skirmishes when she has prio, if she does not get ahead you will render her useless
Evelynn
Is unable to do anything to you because youre too tanky but jungling against her will be difficult if you do not track where she is and constantly warn your teammates, if she doesnt get fed she will be useless if she does stick to your carries when you can and stop her from deleting them
Ezreal
Very tricky to get on top of because of his E so force this ability first before committing your Q or R, his kill potential on you is weak
Fiddlesticks
Always make sure you have a source of CC to use for when he is using his W, make sure when laning phase is done you keep track of him as much as possible and warn your teammates of sudden Rs he can pull off
Fizz
Difficult to gank because of his mobility and if he gets ahead does have potential to kill you, keep a track of his spells when ganking and use your Q accordingly
Galio
Doesn't really have kill potential on you and you can block his E with your Q very easily
Gangplank
Doesnt really have kill potential on you unless he is ahead, easy to force his fruit too, very gankable.
Garen
Is very hard to lockdown because of his kit, make sure you have strong back up from your laner to kill him or he may just turn on you and kill you
Gnar
Your Q interrupts his E so aim for t hat when you gank and he will be forced to flash or take a noble death
Gragas
Usually wont have enough damage to kill you and your Q can interrupt his E aim for that in the gank
Graves
Make sure to land your Q or he will be able to kite you and deal a lot of damage and potentially kill you
Gwen
If she is full health you will not be able to kill her without help from the laner, avoid one on ones with her.
Hecarim
I put him as a major threat because his ganks and team fighting abilities are very hard to keep up with, he can ignore your CC with his R if he is smart and still get on top of your back line. Save your CC for that commitment
Heimerdinger
If he has his turrets are set up avoid ganking him unless you can kill him instantly, if you use all your spells and he is still alive he will turn and kill you
Illaoi
Try to gank her before she reaches 6, she becomes too difficult to deal with after in lane as her R will likely get you and the laner killed if you both over commit
Irelia
When ganking make sure you are aware of her dash options and use your Q to interrupt it if you do that she should be a free kill or get a flash
Ivern
Surprisingly can be difficult to deal with, make sure you know where Ivern is before committing to ganks as his counter ganks can easily turn the skirmish around
Janna
When ganking avoid her tornado and you will force a flash out or get a kill
Jarvan IV
Avoid or interrupt his EQ combo and he is a sitting duck for you but the same applies with your Q make sure you don't miss it
Jax
When ganking interrupt his Q and avoid his E if possible and you will get the kill or his flash
Jayce
Early game straight forward to gank he will push you back once he does use your Q to close the gap again.
Jhin
He auto attacks way too slow to have kill potential on you and if he still hasn't finished galeforce is very easy to gank
Jinx
Avoid her traps and your Q will be enough to get her flash or her bounty
Kai'Sa
Make sure you land your Q and she can't get away
Kalista
Land your Q and she cannot get away unless she has flash
Karma
Not much of a threat to kill you but incredibly annoying to lockdown, if you can't land your Q just leave her be as she will kite you forever
Karthus
Make sure you hit your Q on Karthus because if you miss he will start killing you back, your passive usually allows you to get out of his slow safely
Kassadin
Unless he is fed he won't be able to kill you but is very tricky to kill gank him pre 6 as much as possible if you have the right laner to help you
Katarina
Extremly difficult to lock down but if you can land your Q and get your stun off she should be a kill since she doesn't take flash
Kayle
Early game poses no threat at all easily divable and gankable if you have a carry top laner camp kayle.
Kennen
Only poses a threat if he gets ahead otherwise straightforward to gank when you interrupt his E
Kled
Because of his mount he is too difficult to kill alone so avoid 1v1s with him, gankable however so abuse that with your top laner
Kog'Maw
Gank him as much as possible early because if he gets to late game he will shred you as if you have no armor
LeBlanc
A nightmare to gank making it extremely difficult to put her behind, take the chances if you see them but don't force any ganks on her
Lee Sin
So difficult to lock down because of his abilities and too difficult to 1v1 try and counter gank him and avoid running into him in the jungle
Leona
Annoying but can never kill you unless she has back up, because of her playstyle she is easy to get your stun off on
Lissandra
Unless fed can't really kill you but is difficult to lock down for you unless you have another melee champion with you
Lucian
He will wait for your Q and try to dash out, read where he will dash and Q there and he will have to flash or die if you read him correctly
Lulu
Cannot ever kill you, but is a nightmare when you are trying to kill her teammate be prepared to back off when your all in does not work
Lux
If she gets fed she can be very annoying with her poke as it will chunk you, if you can reach her with your R or Q she should be easy pickings.
Malphite
Very easy to gank especially pre 6
Malzahar
Will very rarely use his R on you, try to use your smite on his passive mid Q so your knock up hits
Maokai
Has no escape so easy to gank will probably W onto you out of desperation so getting your E off will be easy
Master Yi
The only reason he is not Extreme level is because you have the CC to lock him down, wait for his Q before you throw your R and your team can clean him up. If he gets fed avoid him and wait for your team to collapse
Miss Fortune
Once you get on top of her she is no threat but if you don't and you commit your Q she will turn and press R and it won't be pretty
Morgana
Makes it very difficult to gank her lane because of her E. Be smart with how you use your Q because if she catches you with her Q they can turn the gank around
Nami
Alone will be able to do nothing to you, read her Q and she will be free to kill
Nasus
Early game put pressure on Nasus, if there is an opportunity to tower dive him take it, late game it becomes very difficult for you to keep him off your carries and can fight you 1v1 easily
Nautilus
Alone poses no real threat but has the potential to turn your gank around if you commit to hard and mess up, care how you use your Q
Neeko
Can be tricky to gank but doable, try to avoid her E and it should be a straightforward gank
Nidalee
Is so difficult for Sejuani to lockdown Nidalee, even after your Q lands she still has the ability to get away. Lock her down with your ult with teammates help to kill her
Nocturne
To you doesn't pose much threat, you will have enough armor to take him on in a 1v1, however dealing with his ganks are tricky, get deep wards in and try to read where he will use R and counter and it should be a win from there
Nunu & Willump
Doesn't really have the potential to kill you however Nunu can heavily outgank you, deep wards and read where he is going to gank if you can counter gank him you will get ahead
Orianna
Fairly straightforward to gank as Orianna doesnt have any gap closers, pressure her early so she doesn't scale
Ornn
Straightforward to gank as his dash is inferior to yours, if he pushes up in his lane punish him
Pantheon
Will very rarely have the burst to kill you so ganking Pantheon should be straightforward when out of position
Poppy
Will probably try to push you to try get away from your gank just avoid being near a wall so you don't get stunned
Pyke
Very difficult to lockdown and gank, dont over chase him if he managed to get away
Qiyana
Only a real problem if she get ahead early but once it gets to mid late game she will not be able to kill you alone so put pressure on her when she has no help
Quinn
Try to avoid using Q until she has used her E as she can cancel it, walking up to her and as soon as she does use her E immediately hit her with Q and should be a kill or a flash out of her
Rakan
Will never be able t o kill you one on one but it tricky to lock down, read where he will use his E and Q accordingly
Rammus
In a 1v1 won't be a problem surviving but killing him will be difficult too, it will go down to who is getting support from their laners first. Keep an eye on who has prio and commit if your laners do
Rek'Sai
Avoid early skirmishes with Reksai if you do that she will be utterly useless against you mid to late game
Rell
Alone will not be able to do anything to you but with back up can be very annoying because of the constant CC avoid that and you should be fine
Renekton
When ganking Renekton will likely try to dash through you so don't use your Q until he tries to dash and then interrupt it.
Rengar
If Rengar gets an early lead he can become a problem so avoid him early and counter gank where possible, if you can avoid him getting an early lead you will be able to deal with him mid to late game
Riven
Can only kill you if she gets ahead, difficult to gank if you dont interrupt her third Q so aim for that
Rumble
Can hurt if he is ahead but very straightforward to gank put some pressure on him early if he is pushing up in his lane
Ryze
Will almost never be able to actually kill you, his phase rush can be annoying but if you can CC him before it procs it should be an easy kill
Samira
Can be annoying because she can block your R so force her W before you use it, also hold onto either your Q or E stun for when she uses R and she will pose no threat
Senna
Late game can be a huge problem but you can put a lot of pressure on her in lane as she has no escape
Seraphine
Will never be able to actually kill you one on one so take the fight if she has no help, easy to gank put pressure on her
Sett
His shield can proc at max if youre not careful, make sure you are healthy enough to take the hit as once you commit to the gank you won't be able to dodge it (fat pig)
Shaco
Is very hard to lock down and usually beats you to ganks, try and ward deep so you can read where he will gank and counter. If you catch him and he manages to slip away don't over chase
Shen
Won't really be able to kill you, when ganking hold your Q waiting for his E and follow up it will force his flash or you will get a kill
Shyvana
Very hard to catch up with and can do a lot of damage from a distance, if she is the only ap get anathemas chains. Her clear is a lot better than yours so you will rarely beat her to the gank, look for counters or cut your jungle clear short to get to the lane before her
Singed
Hold your Q when ganking Singed he will look to flip you, then you can close the gap right after
Sion
Easy to gank so when he is pushed up put pressure on him, if he is ^ make sure to get in the way of his route so he cannot use R
Sivir
If you can't get into Q range your R will be useless make sure you don't waste it or she will block it with her E, unless super fed she can't kill you
Skarner
Can be difficult to duel and can beat you to the gank, this will come down to whoever can get help from their teammates first be aware and take on the fight if you can get help first
Sona
No way to kill you at all and easy to gank, if you see a Sona on the enemy team abuse the lane
Soraka
Same as Sona just avoid the silence and you can abuse her lane
Swain
Swain can be difficult if you allow him to his his E read it and side step it and he should be a free kill
Sylas
If he is fed avoid dueling him, and try your best to avoid giving him your R for free. Remember his only way of doing damage is to get to you or your teammate thats when you can stack your stun
Syndra
Can't kill you unless fed side step her CC when ganking her
Tahm Kench
Tahm will be unkillable for you if you don't have help from your laner when ganking, try to get your top laner an early lead or he will not be fun to play against
Taliyah
Miss your Q and she will turn and kill you only commit if you know you will land it, her gank are terrible if you counter gank her look for that
Talon
As a jungler is very very annoying to deal with almost impossible to lockdown and will always beat you to the gank, avoid giving him any kind of lead and in the mid game peel whoever he is trying to kill
Taric
Poses 0 threat and simple to gank just do your best to avoid his stun
Teemo
His shrooms can be a pain for ganking but its more annoying than effective, you can put a lot of pressure in his lane including tower dives
Thresh
Similar to Blitz you don't want to commit Q if he is close to tower, the don't force a gank if they get away with lantern just leave it
Tristana
When ganking read her jump and intercept it and she will be forced to flash or die. If she gets ahead anathemas chain may be needed so you can tank her instead of her killing your team
Tryndamere
Practically impossible for you to kill him because of his R, however if you have teammates around to assist you you can CC him long enough that he will struggle to get away
Twisted Fate
Unless insanely fed TF will not be a problem for you and is a very gankable lane so look for opportunities to shut him out of the game
Twitch
Only capable of killing you if very fed, should be easy ganks as Twitch doesn't have mobility, try and predict when he will show up invisible in team fights and just lay CC on him so his R does nothing to your team
Udyr
Avoid him early as Udyr can kill you easily, however your counter ganks will be strong against him stick to that and mid to late game he will not be an issue for you
Urgot
Will mostly likely use E to run away from your ganks, hold onto your Q if you can simply walk up to him and then follow him up with your Q and it should be a free flash or kill
Varus
No mobility and will not have enough damage to kill you unless super ahead
Veigar
Usually is not a problem as Veigar will rarely use R on you, ganking can be tricky since his E can stop your Q, try and force it with R or save your flash to go through it and then follow up with Q
Vel'Koz
Be very careful of misusing your Q when ganking Velkoz, if you miss he can turn on you and deal a lot of damage and potentially kill you
Vex
Vex is very tricky to gank when her fear is available, your passive makes it you are not slowed and end up going to far to re-engage, try and find a timing where her fear is down and she is a simple kill
Vi
Avoid early skirmishes with Vi so she doesn't get a lead and it should be straightforward mid-late game, she has to commit into your team with her R to be viable and that is perfect for Sejuani to counter
Viego
Viego is extremely tricky throughout the game, he has the damage to kill you solo and can be a menace in teamfights with his passive, you can hold onto your E for after he uses his passive on a teammate to make it easier to lock him down. Either that or commit your entire kit to kill him before his team can react
Viktor
Using Q to close the gap on Viktor won't work because of his W, If you are unable to land your Q or R abort the gank and wait for a better opportunity
Vladimir
Can be a menace to gank, try and force Vlad to W with your Q and wait for the right timing to use your R after that, if your E is ready to use and his W is still up let him W first and let it run out before activating the stun.
Volibear
Really difficult to kill one on one because of his healing, but with help he can be an easy kill, avoid him in one on ones unless you 100% win it
Warwick
Avoid one on one's if you are both full health, your CC and damage will never be enough to kill him. If he doesn't get a lead he will be easy to deal with in team fights as he has to engage your team directly and you can stop his R very easily
Wukong
When ganking Wukong save your Q for his clone and path towards his tower instead of to him or he will get away
Xayah
Unless fed will never be able to kill you, avoid using your R until Xayah has committed her R, easy ganks early as she has no mobility without Galeforce
Xerath
If you can avoid the Xerath stun he is a straightforward gank so put pressure on him if he ever overextends in lane
Xin Zhao
Do not trade with him in the early game he is way too strong to have extended trades, team fights peel your carries if he chooses to jump in on them
Yasuo
Yasuo can block your R and E with his W, force his W by holding onto your E and then use it once you are out of the way, execute this and it should be an easy successful gank
Yone
When ganking Yone he is vulnerable as long as his Q dash is not up, look for that opening and land your Q and the flash or kill will taken
Yorick
Yorick is an easy gank if he ever overextends, 1 on 1s usually don't go in your favour but if you have help he doesn't stand much of a chance
Yuumi
Can do absolutely nothing to you
Zac
Exploiting Zac early will be crucial in the game, you need to keep track of him and counter gank when you can. Your Q cancels his E so always be ready to do that for your team
Zed
Zed is tricky to gank and can turn on you or your laner if you execute it wrong, he will most likely use his W to dodge your Q so be ready with your R to land it where he Ws away to
Ziggs
Ziggs doesn't pose much of a threat to Sejuani and his W escape can be cancelled with your Q, land your CC and he should be a free kill
Zilean
Doesn't have potential to kill you but is extremely annoying, he makes it difficult for you to catch him or his teammates, try and force his R with your spells early in team fights so your team are free to engage without worrying about it
Zoe
Has low kill potential on you because of your tankiness, mobility is low and should be comfortable ganks in the mid lane
Zyra
When ganking Zyra try to avoid the E before committing your Q and if done successfully it should be a free kill
Alistar
Melee champ to help with your E but can also engage before you to kick things off, good luck to the person trying to move after you land your combos.
Amumu
With the rise of Amumu support it has been a pleasure ganking this lane, the enemy is stuck for a while

Similar ways of stunning so they double stun is nice for hard CC
