Why not just stack BF Swords instead of making them into something? His skills all revolve around his AD, so best to increase it.
Flash isn't needed because you'll mostly be single-targeting one person with ult and your stun, I recommend Ghost instead because it lasts longer. Replace Heal with Cleanse in case you get into a sticky situation during a teamfight.
I suggest taking Long sword instead of Doran's blade. You can build Occult or brutalizer out of it and it will be a better choice than a wasted item like doran's.
