Pros of Teemo Jungle

Strong, easy, & fast early Level 1 clear
Skips the bad matchups of Teemo Top and Mid
Versatile builds especially for Jungle (AP, Tank, & AD)
Easy off-meta jungler for starters
Fast executable combo (AA, Q, AA, AA)

Why I think these are pros for Teemo Jungle

Teemo has a lot of very bad matchups in the Top Lane, most notably Fiora, Tahm Kench perhaps, and Viktor, even after Patch 11.24 where his Q got massively buffed. By going into the Jungle, Teemo skips the very bad early laning phase he usually has while having an easier time playing the game.

He is an auto attack based champion with his main combo being Auto Q Auto, which is why I think he is a very easy jungler for starting junglers, and why he has a fast combo.

Third, iPav999 is a famous example of an AD Teemo player, but it is not executed in the Jungle but in the Top Lane. However, the AD Teemo build is waiting to scale off for the late game, which is why it is still suitable for the Jungle, yet not recommended.

Lastly, Teemo has a decent clear of 5 camps before Scuttle spawn. This is not the ideal clear for Teemo Jungle however, because it is either a 3 camper to gank clear, or a full clear as a 5 camper is a time waster because of Teemo’s sort of quick play style at the start of the game, but kind of slow play-style at the end of the game.
Why I think these are cons for Teemo Jungle

Teemo is not at all a good team fighting champion without Ignite at Level 1 to 2. He is very weak and squishy during these levels when fighting, let’s say a 3v3 as he has no mobility to kite out or defend himself.

With Teemo Jungle, you rely on your jungle camps. That can be said with any jungler actually, but the point is, when your team is far behind, you will not be able to access any of your camps or level up, keeping you at a considerable gold deficit for the entire game.

Teemo Jungle either must play back and let his team tank so he can input damage, or go to the enemy backline to input damage but die.

Lastly, specific shroom placement can catch an enemy out and set up for a free baron, or can spot enemies because of the vision it gives.

Cons of Teemo Jungle

Very vulnerable to Level 1 invades
Once you're behind, it can be considered over
Heavy macro is needed to play this style (Using and utilizing your knowledge of the current state of the game you are playing to determine what you should do, for example, camping a certain lane to ensure a heavy lead, invading, baron calls, where you should be on the map and things like that.
Teemo himself relies on tanks for him to input damage, or for him to sacrifice himself on the battlefield as a backstabber.

This clear is most commonly known as the Lee Sin Clear, more well known as the 3 Camp Clear. It consists of starting at Red Brambleback, and going straight to the Blue Buff to Gromp. Note in mind that if you are doing this type of clear, the ability order should be E>Q>W, not the standard E>Q>E, majorly because you will be looking for a gank after your Level 3 clear as you will have a 10 to 20 second window at BEST.

Start by stealthing or waiting a few seconds until your screen becomes sort of gray, and attack the camp and kite it towards the raptor camp, however try not to let the Red Buff camp's patience turn red. Keep kiting it back and forth from Raptor Camp to Krug Camp to make it deal the least amount of damage possible, and when done, proceed to the allied Blue side Camp, repeat, but now, level up your Q, stealth in the brush of the Blue Buff, attack it as you have your added attack speed, and AS SOON as your attack speed is gone, Q to blind the buff, and keep on attacking it.

To me, there is no need to stealth for the Gromp camp, but some people like to do it. Just blind the Gromp camp and attack it, and when it's at low health (450 Health), smite it. Proceed to gank either mid or top, or wait for scuttle crab to spawn and take it.

This is known as the full clear, where you clear all the camps except Gromp, go to scuttle crab, and clear Gromp. This clear should be used for harder matchups where you don't want to fight junglers at all like Poppy. At some cases, you want to start at Blue Buff but you will end up with a bad clear.
I will not be covering how to clear Red Buff, Blue Buff, and Gromp as it was mentioned in the Type #1 Clear.

After done clearing Red Buff, proceed to the Krugs with your Q ready, and stealth for the added attack speed. Press Q on the BIG krug, and attack the big krug, rotating damage in between Big Krug and Small Krug. Keep on clearing without stopping, and remember that your Q is an auto attack cancel, meaning that when you Auto Attack > Q, you will be able to auto attack immediately.

Proceed to the raptor camp, and stealth in the bush of the raptor camp (unknown embed type)
and blind (Q) the big Raptor, and spread out auto attacks on the small raptors. Blind the big raptor, however, do not damage the big raptor before all the small raptors are killed. Then focus the big raptor, and move on over to wolves, stealth, and Blind the big wolf, kill the smaller wolves, and focus the big wolf. Clear the blue buff, and you will have enough health and enough fight in your kit to 1v1 the jungler in the Scuttle Crab fight. If you prevail and win the 1v1 or the jungler doesn't show up, clear the Scuttle, and go to gromp and base. If you lose the fight, don't worry: Buy Boots and Dagger and even an Amplifying Tome if you can as you will have enough gold with the Future Market rune. Proceed to Bottom River, and you will win 100% as you have items to kite and kill.

Notes: This clear is used when you know you can't gank any lanes because of OP laners that can easily escape,(Camille, because Teemo has no CC pre-6, or Katarina, who can blink out of danger) or when you want to avoid junglers you probably will be countered by.
