Hello and welcome to my very first build ever! Please know that this build is designed for fun and not for actual competitive play. Nor has the build been thoroughly tested and may not even work XD. But I've used it and it's pretty darn fun. So I hope you enjoy this crazy mess of a build!

Crit Nasus is basically an exploit of the fact that Siphoning Strike scales with Critical hits. What this means is that you can take the 400 Siphon damage plus your regular attack damage time 2. This makes you hit for roughly 1200 damage with infinity edge, which is as insane as it sounds. But in order to make this actually work, you have to build a pretty specific way the ends with you being pretty squishy. (Again, this build is for fun, not stuff like ranked play)

Now let's go on to the Pros and Cons!

+ Massive Damage - Squishy
+ OP Slow - Impractical
+ Sustain FOREVER - Gives the meta a heart attack
+ Very fun to use - Q stacks are hard to get without insane farm
