Attack speed may not be the ideal stat in minigun form, but critical strike chance definitely is! :)

It turns out Phantom Dancer grants greater DPS than Statikk Shiv, even in minigun form and even accounting for the lightning passive.

I did a little analysis of the math involved here (see "Infinity Edge rush vs Bloodthirster rush." and "Why not Statikk Shiv?").

Good Build! What I like to do is to buy a static shiv after the Blood Thirst. because of the passive as well as a great passive. that is the one thing that jinx lacks is her attack speed. Jinx being the lowest attack speed champ in the game at level 1. I do love the 3 round burst tho. GREAT BUILD :D

A really good guide for Jinx, I like the item of choice, but you still need to fix things on the "Bottom line matchups and laning style"

Finally, someone who knows how to build jinx and funny enough even though im not great ive been building her like this since day 1 in normal's. the strongest build ive found so far for her for everything that she needs (mobility, damage, sustain and attack speed to buff her Q ramp) is BT, IE, Stattik, PD, Last Whisper and Beserkers of course. people always question why i opt out of say a GA or Banshee's for a PD cause her AS is already so high, but with that i can ramp up to almost capping AS which is insanely strong and have 75% crit which is beautiful for her rockets. Thanks for posting a good guide though!

to short, it doesn't really explain more then the average player can figure out himself. the guide didn't really explain a lot. it is also quite a few items like the phantom dancer that wasn't even mentioned witch should be viable on any adc. nether was the zephyr, botrk, trinity or muramana witch i have found to all work great on jinx in certain cituations. downvoted for now.

Did you even read it? There is an entire section on why Statikk Shiv Is better then Phantom Dancer. ANd i dont mention trinity, Muramana, BotRK, and zephyr because they have no place on jinx. I even explain why just for you. Trinity is pointless because you will almost never use the sheen proc. Your abilities are medium cool downs and not spamworthy. Switcheroo also does not activate sheen procs. Botrk has no place here because it gives attack speed and little AD and doesnt apply on the splash damage. Attack speed is not an amazing stat on jinx because of i dont know, HER 130% ATTACK SPEED STEROID. Muramana also doesnt apply on the splash damage either and the only way for jinx to effectively stack a tear is to be constantly in rocket form which pushes the hell out of the wave. Basically you will always be shoving the wave which is not something you want all the time. This also gives you a ramp up time and be useful at around 23 minutes. Zephyr<Boots with alacrity.

Also from what I have read from other Jinx guides they have about half the amount of information I have on things like item explanations.

And thank you for Steppenkat for responding faster then me on this one

- Phantom Dancer is inferior compared to Statikk Shiv because Jinx doesn't scale very well with Attack Speed to begin with. And 1% extra MS is better for her since she has no mobility.

- Blade of the Ruined King is highly situational. She has good AD scalings so the chances you will build that are very slim. Again, Attack Speed Scalings are to be considered and 70% of the time you're better with Bloodthirster + Last Whisper.

- Zephyr and Muramana have too much of an oportunity cost to be even considered as a viable option. I think you haven't read the guide throughly. Jinx doesn't need a Tear of the Goddess provided you play her correctly.

You're plat and you don't even know which skill to correctly start.

Q start is standard and essentially mandatory.

The hell are you smoking?

This is the best Jinx guide I've read so far. Idk why you downvoted it Laggermeister, I don't start with W or E myself when I play her.

Actually the correct approach with Jinx is to not level anything and wait to see what your team does. If you go for invading then Zap! or even Flame Chompers! could be better. But Switcheroo! is in my opinion a safe start and Jinx doesn't have a strong level 1 anyways (if you pick Zap! you don't have the steroid so it doesn't necesarily give you much extra kill potential).

You're plat and you don't even know which skill to correctly start. Here, have a well-deserved downvote.
