This is my first build so it is not the neatest and cleanest out there. But it is a good build and works for me. Not only does it allow for much attack damage but it allows for much attack speed as well. Now in this the focus will be on speed and not damage but that is good because the damage will be up there in numbers and the speed will allow you to get many hits on the enemy dealing much damage in a small period of time.

Now in the notes a couple of times I talk about getting kills early game and yes it is good to get kills on the champions when you have the opportunity. But don't make that you focus early on, you NEED to feed on anything you can minions is the best option. But let your lane partner feed as well so using your volley put some CC down on the minions and enemy champs. Not only to weaken the for later but to possibly finish them off.

I choose these Summoner Spells Barrier Flash for a reason, Not only are they a good combo but you can rain hell on people if used right. Now picture this scenario you and a fighter get into a battle you are both destroying each other but you and they run out of mana. Now they have lower health than you and start to recall behind their turret. Now without these spells you probably couldn't turret dive without killing yourself. But here is where it help you throw on your barrier turret dive to get the kill the flash out before you can die. I did that exact thing to an Ezreal and Sona team both low health and no mana, jumped in used my Volley for the double then got out of there.

I don't know about you but I sometimes forget to turn off Frost Shot and start to slow minions draining my mana pool. But the Omen in the build can fix that due to its passive making it so you never have to use you Frost Shot again unless you really want to put some slows on a guy. But not only can it slow there speed but attacks as well not to mention the active during a team fight talk about Crowd Control. Mixing that type of CC with the Volley is no doubt able to help with the kills and assists. Dont forget that even if a champ is out of your sight always use Hawkshot in order to stay on that chase and maybe if your lucky get an Enchanted Crystal Arrow in there.
