I've read the master guide that was posted but it just wasn't good enough for me, it didn't feel like yasuo, so I decided to study all the runes and try them around and see what best fits, and here's what I came up with.

With new runes, yasuo's e is actually way faster than last season.
I suggest you practice in custom because it will take a while to get used to how different new movement speed is compared to season 7 movement speed.
