Im raWi, gold level player on EuWest and i have been playing teemo on and off for few seasons now and now with new runes this crazy broken keystone makes teemo's shrooms true hell for the enemy team.

Build's idea is to get CDR asap and start throwing shrooms all around the place. Earlygame shrooms dont do so much dmg but in late i can promise you can see enemies smelt in your eyes. And with the keystone its easy to spot if someone has stepped on the shroom even on the other side of the map.
