DuDe if u r noob anybuild would be sucks
I see a lot of builds ability power with no hp and soraka dies fast so she needs some hp with rode of ages its ok u dont need more than this hp u r not gonna tank ppl. make sure u get rode of ages fast so after few mins it will give u bounce hp mana and ability power .
NO ***IN MANA REGE soraka doesnt need mana rege at all u have ur 3rd spell its ok and try to get the mana buff as much as u can so ur global cooldowns are caped .
