So, you're in lane against whoever. Lvl 1. Farming. Lvl 2. Farming. But once you hit that lvl 3. Stop. All in time baby. A perk of Qi Sin is having 6 abilities available at level 3. At this point you can most likely over power your opponent in a duel. Hopefully you can at least get summoners. Now, surprised by this trade, your opponent will most likely look to get a chain vest. Again, this is in the current meta so you're most likely up against a tanky *** top. Here's where the beauty of maxing e comes into play as you will slam on the ground and they will lose 100, 200, 300 hp. Then your q, even though it's only lvl 1, will do significant damage from the execute bonus. Once you get tiamat you can pretty much push them into turret and try to harass them. Usually using tempest when they approach a minion to kill is the best. If you can't seem to get them low enough to all in and kill, freeze the lane next time it gets to the midway point. If they get baited out to get a minion you should have kill potential.

There is no late game. Or at least at this point you've reached an unbeatable status in top. You can probably just win. BUT. In the likely event that the entire rest of your team has done poorly and maybe even fed in some regions here is what you do. Kill target number one whether it be mid lane or adc, or even jungler. Now, if you can't get to them because of peel and the rest of your team can't get through to the back line then you're probably going to lose. It's an unfortunate situation but you're just a Lee. You ain't no Vi.
