While skill order is still uncertain on Quinn, the Q,W,E seems to be what most people are agreeing on. But hey, I could be wrong.

Ignoring the Q versus E debate currently raging on Quinn, I think that maxing W until absolutely necessary is a poor idea. Just my play style, but maxing an ability just for the passive stat increase it gives is not usually (if ever) viable.
I would say change up your runes and max E second if you really want to max Q first.

For a start, taking Cleanse is so you DON'T have to buy Quicksilver Sash/ Mercurial Scepter and don't give away kills whilst you're still building it.

Blade of the Ruined King is core for her, due to poor AD scalings.

Congratulations on actually getting the skill order right, but I have to agree with the above post.

Why would you post YOUR first guide on a champion that just CAME OUT? Think about it..what good could happen if you do that? Not only do you lack knowledge on the champion but you also lack knowledge on making guides.

And also..attack speed glyphs and seals? Dear lord...I'm not trying to be a hater/flamer but you really need to think before you post guides. And please read this. At least try and follow half of the rules:
