Hey MOBAFIRE enthusiasts! This is my first ever build and on a champion who's been out for quite some time as well. I understand there are many builds on LeBlanc already and some very similiar to my own (or mine to them), but as LeBlanc was my very first champion I fell in love with using I thought it only proper to make my first build on her.
I don't claim that this build is going to be for you, nor that it is going to be the best build on LeBlanc, but only that it's been the build that I found works best for me and I only hope to get players to try it out and tell me what they think.

My rune build is what I think is standard for LeBlanc to balance out her effectiveness. Some people would rather
but I found the
to be better because of early game harassment. Most of my wins when using LeBlanc only last inbetween 20:00-35:00 minutes because of her insane hard and fast hitting combo's. Shutting down enemy champions and lane control early game is key to winning the game, and this rune build gives you that.

In two of my games with the screen pic I have posted below, I built

Sigil of Silence is first because it costs less mana to use than Distortion & it keep you safe from being targeted.
at Level 2 to follow up with Sigil of Silence's 'mark'.
Sigil of Silence +
will be your combo from level's 2-5, to deal a surprising amount of damage to the enemy. Just make sure that when you are laning against 2+ champions, that you use Sigil of Silence on the one you mean to kill first.
Level 6 is where LeBlanc shines!
Single targets have no chance using Sigil of Silence +
+
If they are not dead with that combo, then I throw out
to ensure the kill.
Single target burst is where LeBlanc destroy's enemy champions when your team isn't around, but there are great ways to use her abilities for team fights as well.
Say there's 3+ enemy champions, Sigil of Silence one,
the one you want to kill first, then use
on both, and see what happens :). Your Sigil of Silence should already or almost be refreshed and if you have a clean shot use
to make sure no one gets away as well. (If they are too spread out to get hit with Distortion, then I wouldn't recommend using that combo)
In cases where you have
, you ALWAYS want to use that before unleashing your ability combo's.

I wanted to say a few things about her passive.
is great for both ensuring your escape as well as kill. Some people probably don't properly use it, as I never did until I realized it's potential for exactly that.
Although you see your Double in a different colour, the enemy doesn't. There is a reason why you go into stealth for half a second before it activates your Double and not just comes out without doing so. If it didn't then your enemy would easily know which one is real and which fake by your position.
When I know it's going to happen and I'm trying to get away from being killed I get my finger on that ALT key and send the Double in a parallel direction from me while I'm running, when it activates. It's a 50/50 chance they'll target the wrong one or you for that matter but it's better than sending it somewhere where it's obvious that it's the Double.
You can also try and play with sending it running where you would normally run and you run the opposite but parallel direction instead, giving you a chance for an extra hit or two if they are low health as well.

All the games below are 20:00 - 35:00 long games. Especially the bottom one! I wasn't the only one doing the hurting in that game as I only have 2 of the kills but as soon as the other team could surrender, they did. The game which stats are shown, I even build right into Deathfire Grasp before Rod of Ages and Rabadon's Deathcap just for fun based on how the game was going.

In summary, this so far has been the best build that works for my playstyle with LeBlanc, though I am always willing to try out new things.
I will be performing code updates to the build once I figure out how to do certain things.
Thanks for checking out my build and I hope to see some critique's soon!
