If you are in a difficult lane tnen feel free to proxy. Ping dragon or towers if the jungler or mid laner shows up. Buy wards and avoid being tower dove. Focus on farming more than getting kills, although know when to time your ignite to make sure they don't live if they are stupid enough to walk in your poison trail long enough. If you're running teleport, then thry not to tp to your lane unless you have to and look to tp to bot lane for those free double kills.

Let him q you once to push the lane then farm safely under turret. If he pulls you in then toss him under turret, slow him, and walk in front of him so he stays in your poison.
