Introduction

Hello!!! This guide will be aimed at helping new rammus players start out playing this extremely fun champion. Rammus is a very well suited jungler with his natural tankiness and mobility, doing considerable amounts of damage while maintaining his tank stats.

Runes

The magic penetration runes do help improve the damage of your powerball and ultimate, in addition to making items like thornmail do more damage.
The armor runes are a no-brainer, since his passive does scale off his armor and it helps to maintain survivability.
magic resist, again, a no brainer makes him more tanky
His movement speed quints will help considerably when chasing even though his powerball is already a substantial speed boost.

Masteries

Rammus can do alot of damage without any actual damage items, so taking his masteries in 0-21-9 is a good choice. I will not go into alot of elaboration into the masteries as you can read them for yourselves.
