Uhh Rammus is not a health tank, if you look on league of legends, it shows that rammus has a full health bar, but if you read that, it says that how well the Champion can take damage, therefore, concluding that Rammus is a Armor tank, and With his AoE abilities, you should get full armor items with a little bit of mana, cooldown reduction, and a sunfire cape.
k i just have to qoute you cuase to me your thing just doenst make sense i swear to god it says twitch shoudlnt be used AP but i tried it and a marvulou 18-0-2 came out... prob cuase im just really good at being a ***** wiht last hitting... ahh E wiht taht build i never touch you but anyways i just say dont listen to taht
