item choice, you should change your build a little depending on the game

Mitizmitiz: either that or dorans blade if you have someone who can heal you.
Then IE.
With maybe one or two more dorans if you need

then if the enemy has no armor yet, either a guardian angel or a banshees veil
oh and if they do have lots of armor get a last whisper"
