Introduction

Hello, I am xXRaichopXx, I am a Silver/Gold NA player. I am pretty new to making guides but I spend quite a bit of time on them. This is my very first one, so I hope you enjoy this Fiddlesticks support guide, it has been helping me climb quite a bit!
Arcane Comet: Probably the best rune you could possible take on Fiddlesticks. It is guaranteed to land if you fear (Q) before you use E or W.
Scorch: Again, probably one of the best runes because of the early poke you will be doing to the opponent.
Triumph: This rune may seem strange, but it has really helped me heal in dire situations when diving with your ultimate.
(Other runes are pretty simple and obvious but I will gladly answer any questions about them in the comments!)

Zhona's Hourglass: Probably the most important core item, it provides armor, CDR, and you can use the active right after you ult into a teamfight.
Eye Of The Watchers: More useful than you think, not only can you ward (obviously), but you get movement speed when you poke (combo this with your passive movespeed!).
Liandry's Torment: Stacks well with Sorc boots and does good burn damage (HP too!)
Sorc Shoes: Pretty simple, they got buffed recently so you will do plenty of damage to anyone building MR.
Rylai's: Good for kiting and peel, a well placed ult will slow 5 people!
Morellonomicon: Use against Soraka or any high sustain opponents.

This is what makes Fiddlesticks support so GOOD. You can max any ability you feel like and it won't even matter. If you are having trouble deciding, here are some tips:
Max Q if Master Yi is on the enemy team, he will never be able to gank you with ult.
Max E if your lane opponents have squishy champions such as Vayne and Sona.
Max W if your lane opponents have high poke champions like Zyra or Varus.
(Get creative, you control if you want damage or CC)

Flash: This spell is an obvious choice, you use it for mobility during ult and for escapes. (You can flash Q if you're feeling spicy)
Exhaust: Using this spell with your Q is a nasty combo and can stop any high damage threat dead in their tracks.
Ignite (optional): You can take ignite if you really want to, but it really isn't as effecting as exhaust since you have lots of damage anyways.

The goal of playing Fiddlesticks support can be many things. Maybe you needed AP because someone picked AD mid, or maybe you need high poke damage in the bot lane. If you need any of these things, Fiddlesticks is for you! Fiddlesticks pairs very well with ADCs such as Miss Fortune, Xayah, and Varus. (MF being the best ADC to play this with, so grab a duo buddy!) Fiddlesticks is a great teamfighter because he can stack E damage to multiple targets and pull off a 5 man ult (without taking any damage at all thanks to hourglass and stopwatch). Most of the time you want to ult from out of the opponent's vision for a sneak attack, so always red trinket first. The best time to choose Fiddlesticks is if you need AP! He does way more damage than expected.
This is where the support part really starts to shine. The amount of peel on Fiddlesticks is underrated, Q and exhaust will COMPLETELY stop any assassin or ADC trying to kill you or your carry. His ultimate can be an excellent follow up to CC from another team member. Use Rylai's to slow the enemy team for a clean ace!
There is no fear as powerful as Fiddlesticks Q, it completely destroys Master Yi, Rammus, Vi, and pretty much any other dangerous, sticky champion.
Fiddlesticks W is not the only skill that heals, but it is the strongest when maxed out. Use it to have pretty much infinite sustain.
The other skills are pretty simple and basic, nothing to really talk about.

You won't be farming much as the support, but there are ways you can manipulate the wave! Use your E if you want to shove, or use W on low health minions to push slowly and heal up. If it is late in the game, and there is a big wave all to yourself, your E or hell, even your R can take all those minions easily.
