I always start off with an Elixir of Fortitude and 6 hp pots. I normally can lane for a very long time with this many pots. Then I get Breaker Greaves straight up after about 10 mins. of laneing. The next item depends on if there is more ap or ad. If there is more ad get sunfire care next, if there is more ap then get hexdrinker. Then last whisper. After that rush Guardian Angel. This gives you a lot of durability for team fights and laneing. Next Bloodthirster this will get you all the damage you need and some life steal for 1v1. The last item you get is either sunfire cape or hex drinker it depends on which one you got first. Pretty much just get the other one you don't have. This build works for me very well hope it works for some one else as well.
