Introduction to my builds and a comment about myself.

Hello to all viewing this build. I am new to mobafire.com. This is the first build I have created on this site. I have used it and the runes help due to the weapons stacking damage, attack speed, health, cooldown reduction, and slight damage vamp. I am just wanting feedback on the build so I may better my skills when creating other builds. And to let you all know this is not a tanking build so do not wonder off by yourself.

Runes

As I am using this rune setup now, these runes are very well suited for the weapon and mastery set up. It gives you a little help against the heavily armored, Rammus for example, and helps in early game fights with cooldown reduction.

Masteries

These masteries are used to maximize aspects of attack and defense (excluding the point used for Ghost :P). Renekton is a major harasser. Due to his low health/armor at early game situations, the masteries will allow safer harassment while maximizing damage done with each trip.

Items

The items are meant to be bought in order. This will allow for 6 cheaper items to be attained while others may be trying to save for more expensive. This will give you the chance to get numerous kills before they get those items, which you can use the gold obtained through kills to get the more expensive item. Trinity Force is one of those pieces that if the game lasts that long you will benefit from due to the increase in damage, slight ability power increase, and attack speed increase and it will replace Doran's Blade. These items decrease ability cooldowns, maximize damage, and increase health and armor.

Skill Sequence

Cull of the meek is maxed out quickly for one reason..... To maximize health return. Due to Renekton being a harasser, getting back the health if someone gets a skill off on you is important. Next Ruthless Predator is maxed so the max amount of damage is done on each harassment trip as well as when chasing down a fleeing opponent. Slice and Dice is maxed last because most of the time the only damage you use it for is on minions. Most of the time this skill only is used to harass and chase.

Summoner Spells

I figure the summoner spells are quite self-explanatory. They can either be used to chase fleeing opponents or running when low on health. I do recommend once you have your ultimate to Slice and Dice to an opponent, activate ultimate, stun with ruthless predator, use exhaust, and chase. Only use cull of the meek if low on health or if your opponent is low enough to kill with it. Most likely you will need it if you are by a turret and minions will help restore some of that lost health in the fight.
