Introduction
Cull the Meek will be your bread and butter, you should be using it often and efficiently, even if you are at full health. CtM doubles as a nice Area of Effect farming tool and between fights can be effectively used to heal yourself in the middle of a large minion wave. Mid to Late game you can take on a full Minion wave by yourself thanks to CtM.
Ruthless Predator is you basic annoyance tool/nuke. Don't waste it on minions. Cull the meek is an excellent opener in a 1v1 and a great way to keep a healer or tank in the background of a team fight, allowing the teams DPS to be taken down quickly. If you have the choice between using CtM or RP furiously, alway go for the RP. The extended stun and massive damage make people think twice before engaging you 1v1.
Slice and Dice will be your way of getting in and out of fights quickly, though it is a relatively short dash, it does make a difference when chasing and escaping. It can be used to dodge skill shots and quickly get out of the way of AoE damage. Early game this will be your main harassment tool, allowing you to Slice through the minion wave RP your opponenet, CtM for health and further damage and Dice back out, getting you out of harms way fast.
Dominus will be your ace in the hole in 1v1 fights and your attention getter in team fights. You will want to pop Dominus at the beginning of a team fight, allowin massive damage and early kills, or in the middle of a 1v1, allowing you to get the edge in a neck-and-neck fight. Though not necessarily recommended, Dominus can also be used to escape and make someone rethink chasing you further thanks to the instant heal it gives you as well as AoE damage and CtM range increase.
Don't even think about getting another boot. IBLs allow for even more amazing CD reduction and you will notice the difference, I guarantee it.
This item will be your main source of survivability. After obtaining this item take a minute to farm neutrals and minions if you can, as these kills count towards the bonus AD and LS. After every death, make sure you once again farm Neutrals and minions if you can.
Stark's Fervor allows you Health Regen, Attack Speed, and Lifesteal, all of which will increase survivability and damage output.
Madred's Bloodrazor will grant you a small amount of armor, attack speed, attack damage, and perhaps the best thing about these, 4% of your enemies maximum health as magic damage with no limit. Baron, Dragon, and Tanks will fall quickly before your onslaught with these equipped.
Wit's End will allow you Magic Resist and attack speed, as well as another 45 damage per hit. If you have been following the item guide, that 45 damage per auto attack really adds up, especially when about to face Baron or Dragon. (for those wondering why I get both, this is generalized, you can always replace this with, say, a Sunfire Cape, but I find this allows me to face any opponent, AD or AP without too much fear, and since teams rarely have only AD or AP it allows you versatility in your victim acquisition.)
The Black Cleaver will once again allow you yet more attack speed, attack damage, and rather than Armor Penetration it will allow you to actually REMOVE some of your opponents armor (to a maximum of 45) essentially allowing your Armor Penetration even more effectiveness. Once this build is complete, you will fear no champion, monster, or minion.
