I think Brand is the best poker champ of league.Just take blue buff and kill everybody.You can kill ADC of enemy team with blue buff.If you don't need mana with playing brand you can carry game easily.Just kill the APC and ADC.So,don't pick Brand,if enemy picks Fizz.Good Luck!
