Introduction

This build is my own intention how Riven works good.
She is a Champ like Garen or Renekton which are only handicaped by Cooldown.

Runes

For Runes I take:
Arpen in RED
Health/lvl in Yellow
Flat CDR Blue
2x Arpen & 1x Movementspeed as Quints

Arpen shouldn't be explained.
Health/lvl, i see some using Armor but what if there are more mages?
Flat CDR, with items and Masteries you get up to 36% CDR.

Alternative Runes:
Red need to be Arpen !
Yellow Flat Armor
Blue MR/lvl, CDR/lvl
Quints Flat Health, Flat Health regen/5

Masteries

I take 22/0/8 Masteries, because what is more defense then killing your Opponents?

Alternative if you like it more Tanky:

Items

Core Items
Ionian Boots of Lucidity (because of CDR)
Youmuu's Ghostblade (CDR, Arpen)
Frozen Mallet (Slow, Health)

Other Items
Bloodthirster (More AD & Lifesteal)
Atmas Impaler (For the AD bonus ans Armor)
Guardian Angel (Fear your Enemys by Stand up a second time)

Alternative Items
Banshee's Veil (against Mages)
Sunfire Cape (against Carrys)
Last Whisper (against Armor Tanks)

Summoner Spells

I take Exhaust and Ghost.
Exhaust is very nice for chasing, escaping and against enemies who are for real stronger than you.
Ghost for escaping, chasing. I like Ghost more then Flash because it brings you further than Flash.

Alternative: Flash, Ignite or Cleanse

All others you DON'T need !
