Hello guys, its my first guide of riven. i was just bored and i made this build just for you guys to look at it, rate comment.

Hopefully it's not too bad :P

I go for attack damage, armor penetration and attack speed.

I go for 22/8/0

I max out Q, then W, lastly the E. the ultimate you upgrade it when you see the red cross on it :D

For items i start off with dorans blade for health, damage and life steal. Then, boots of mobility which makes riven an awesome ganker and chaser. Then i go for ghostblade which gives me some damage, armor pen and CD. Then i build frozen mallet for health and some damage which increases the survival. Then i got for bloodthirster for some life steal and decent damage. Then you can go for Black cleaver or phantom dancer, or maybe even both. Finally i finish off with infinity edge.

I take exhaust and ignite. exhaust because im a melee fighter and exhaust gives me great advantage for kills. ignite for some finish off. i dont take ghost because riven has a great mobility.

To sum up, riven is a fun and interesting champion to play. squishy but fun. so try her out and build the correct items and you'll start pwning.

You can go in the first in a team fight to do some descent damgage, or you can let the tank go in first and start doing some awesome damage to the enemy.
Since she's squishy, i recommend you to go after the tank.

Passive

Riven's abilities charge her blade, causing her to do 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 / 15 (+0.5 per bonus attack damage) bonus physical damage on her next autoattack. Riven can store up to 3 charges, and will only expend one at a time.

This can do some extra damgage in autoattacks.

Q - Broken Wings

Riven steps forward and lashes out in a series of powerful sword slashes that will damage all enemies nearby. This ability can be activated a second time in the next x seconds, and a third time after that. On the third activation she will also knock nearby enemies back and have a larger radius of damage. All three strikes will deal the same amount of damage.

This is good for farming minions and do some descent damage in a 3 combo. Also good for catching up enemies or escaping.

W - Ki Burst

Riven deals physical damage and stuns nearby enemies for 0.5 seconds.
No cost
Radius of AoE: 300

This can be used to farm minions and to stun enemies chasing you or stun enemies escaping.

E - Valor

Riven dashes towards the cursor and gains a shield for up to 2.5 seconds.
No cost
Range of Dash: 275

Can be used to escape or chase. Also good for getting faster to lanes.

R - Blade of the Exile

Riven's sword reforms, gaining 20% bonus attack damage, extended range on her damaging abilities and autoattacks for 15 seconds. She also grants the ability to use Wind Slash once for the duration.

Wind Slash - Riven can activate the ability to emit a shockwave in a long cone in front of her that deals physical damage to all units hit based on their missing health.
Missile Speed: 2200

Good for increasing in damage overall and abilities. Can be used to last hit enemies running away.

You can farm minions with your Q and W ability and spam them on minions. Q to start with to do some damage and W to finish off minions for gold.
