First of all Start in the Jungle with Blue-buff to get fast lvl 2
a short Meditate than kill wolfs,ghost,golem's just jump in all of them with Alpha Strike and if Meditate ready just use it to get more hp.
after golems go to red buff you can use Meditate befor or while you fighting red after red watch the lanes if anyone need a gank ask all of them if nobody needs a gank just go on with jungling ;)

if you gank a lane watch that the enemy is nt to near to his tower jump on your enemy with Alpha Strike and than use Exhaust its normally a kill if your ally's help you.
