So, I finally got around to naming this build, and it works fine even without the changes. I will update the text to go with it once they are actually made.

I have seen the rework notes and I don't understand the AD build. I really hope that it works because right now, the best Evelynn is owned way too much (obviously, their ELO has to be 1300 or over). I am planning to do the same AP build I always do and work from there when the rework comes.

Oh, don't worry, I am liking the feedback. You are probably right as well about the vamp from hate spike. I think overall, since the stun wont scale, I will drop her stealth to last place. 30s flat, and 1s flat means that I won't need to scale it up that much (though the movement speed scaling will be good).

I do however have to disagree with Heal not being as important. It's not so much as an escape mechanism, but as a gank mechanism. I used to use it like this on Kassadin back in the day before I switched it for Clairvoyance. You get low on health, then pop it when they dive the tower, or you show up to save a team mate, hit it, give him enough health, then turn the tables. I have done that a couple times.

You are right about Hate Spike healing, but the dmg is minimal since you are AD. Now if you rush Ravage, you will give more MR, which in turn will give more Vamp to Hate Spike. Thats why I said take Ravage first.

I would also change out Heal for Exhaust. Evelynn is still squishy so it Heal wont do much good. Now if you get Exhaust, the blind will keep you safe for 3 seconds. That will give you pleanty of time to get the kill.

True, Ravage is going to be alot more useful. I am not sure if it will need leveling up to make the Dash worth it or not, but the idea behind the hate Spike going up is because I beleive that it is getting a leech effect (gives health back?) and if so, this would be the most useful for a build without vampiric, as it would give health back while laning or jungling.

Im all for the Evelynn builds. I like the idea behind it, its great, but I think that you should change Ravage and Hate Spike in the skills. Since she will be dashing, you will want to do as much dmg as possible as you open. Hate Spike is better if you are scaling AP, but this is AD so Hate Spike wont be too helpful.

I like the idea behind this. Ive got one like it. I would also get a . This is one of those great opening items. I know that this is a melee build, DFG is a great item for Evelynn. Just a thought.
