Summary

First of all, I am not gonna write a really long Guide this is just a quick how to showing MY strategy with rumble, as I have seen a lot of Peope playing Rumble the wrong way, especially concerning the Build and Runes/Masteries. I just played a ranked as Brand and we had a rumble going for Hextech Gunblade first in team Oo

If I make an grammar mistakes please excuse that as English is not my first language.
I main Rumble and I have been very sucessful with him in normal games, even winning 1v2 and stuff like that, an I am just starting playing ranked with him by now.

The playstyle should be obvious, great harassment and pusher, just try to keep in the Danger Zone at all times and sometimes overheating at the end of Fight with your last Flametrower can turn the Tide too, especially in a 1v1 situation.

As I said, I have no intention to make a full guide as there are enough out there.
So I will now just explain the oddballs in my build:

"Why the Hell do you get Ionian Boots of Lucidity"?
That is explained very quickly: with the last 2 Patches both the main damage sources of rumble had their cooldowns set up, which is painful: Flametrower and Equalizer. With Ionian Boots you will have almost the exact same cooldowns as we had pre-patch. This just plain kicks ***.

"Why do you get Haunting Guise?"
As we go Ionian Boots we just need some Magic Pen. You just WILL faceroll them early game with both, cooldowns set back to old and magic pen, which is highly necessary.

Next Step is of course FIRST the Health belt and then Abyssal Scepter, Magic Resist and another 20 Magic Pen, which is lovely. Start the Scepter with Magic Resist. If it is an AD heavy Team ur facing u can also skip this and go for Zhonyas first.
We can not finish Rylays early with this Build though, as only health is by far not enough for the Defense we need. Zhonyas is just an Item i really like with him, and it makes up for the armor. If a game gets this far, I usually sell the Shield and Buy +45 Armor first then after Abyssal, as we have already enough Health in this Build with both Mask and Rylays.

"But I play Rumble too, you ****ing Noob!!! I Always get Rylays Crystal Scepter first"
Well, if your good with it, go ahead. I just dont think that Rumble really need the slow on the Flamethrower as he has a Built in Slow already. Plus my Build gives you Cooldown Reduction which you WILL need imho after the both 0.18 and 0.20 cooldown nerfs and you also get+20 Magic Pen very early. If you play Rumble well you will earn easy money early game with this.

CHANGE:
(TEAM 2)
I included a second build w Rylays early now. It is also viable. My personal preference is still the other build most of the time, for a nice early game (as said like three times now^^). I would still consider the Ionian boots mandatory in this because of the Cooldown Nerfs. The Rylays build is slighty stronger midgame if ur facing an AP Team, at the Point where u finish the abyssal scepter. U get the magic pen later, but the magic resist earlier with that.

Pretty much, thats it for now. I might keep this updated and post some screenshots of ranked games, when I feel I have enough time.
Try out this build please before you vote.
Hope you have as much fun with Rumble as I do.
Cya ingame, bros!!!!!
