Hello I only made 3 other builds and this will be my 4th, This build is straight foward and shouldnt be hard to follow along.

The runes provided help with early game(health runes) and damage output(CD & AP runes).

The CD runes provided will literaly allow you to keep your Flamespitter up 24/7!!!

Pros:
- An amazing lane champ IMHO one of the best!
- Great offtank(He can be a possible tank but this is a AP dps/offtank build.)
- Amazing farmer
- Beefy!!!
- Can deal a lot of damage overall
- Good CC.
- Ult is good in team fights.
- Good AoE.
- Amazing range on his Ult!

Cons:
- His Ult can be a pain to use under pressure.
- Flamespitter dependent IMO
- Not nessesarly a hard champ but definatly not easy...some getting use 2...
- Is expected to initiate in some team fights which can be a pain.

Grab Doran's Shield first so within lane you can survive and be more of a threat.

If you get Mejai skip getting GA/Force of nature, Mejai is for a more damage output, if you dont have past 10 stacks by level 16 just drop it and get GA or Force of Nature.

Then onto Rylai's Crystal Scepter...I feel that this item is Rumble's main item, it gives AP for damage, The snare proc for spells which is amazing with him sense Flamespitter will be up all the time and HEALTH=MOAR BEEF!!!! I cant stress this enough Rylai's Crystal Scepter is definatly Rumble's main item.

Ionian Boots(CD boots) self-explanitory.

Onto Magic Resist grab a Null-Magic Mantle so you can build your Lich Bane or Guardian Angel(I'll get into detail in a sec)quicker.

Sunfire Cape next for more damage to help with farming and Flamespitter, armor to help survive and offtank and more HEALTH TO BE BEEFAY!!!

Onto Deathcap, at this time you might be doing less damage and thats reasonable, so build this next.

Ok your 5th item will be Force of Nature or Guardian Angel...

Grab Force of nature if...
- A lot of AP on enemy team
- AP carry
- Fed AP

Grab Guardian Angel if...
- Your being Targeted first/often
- If the enemy team is more even out with AD & AP
(If you grab GA use the Null-Magic Mantle you plan on saving for Lich Bane for GA.)

So grab whichever item fits your situation!

6th item!!! Lich Bane is amazing for Rumble, its amazing becuase 1 its goes perfect with his passive and 2 it helps you put out more damage and be less dependant on Flamespitter.

Main spells:

Ignite - This helps pump out more damage and if you need that extra pinch of damage to land a kill, also good for assassin champs and 1v1.

Ghost - I can't live without ghost I always need it with ANY champ I play im bound to it, its such a flexible spell its a must.


Alternatives:

Heal - If your use to heal or you feel you need more survivability go ahead.

Flash - If you want to trade flash with Ghost go ahead, if you feel better using Flash.

I feel that ive covered every important topic, I really dont think I need to show you guys on how to use his spells within combat you'll get the hang of it...
