Hey Hi Hello welcome in my first guide starring newest addition RUMBLE the mice on robot! Rumble is one the best laners in game. Thanks to his ultra low cooldowns and AOE skills he can easily harass lane. He doesnt need so much ap to make damage and thanks to taking some surv he can last even longer.

Pros :

+ low cooldowns on skills
+ skills doesn't require mana
+ AoE dmg
+ boost $ shield best for running and engaging

Cons :

- pretty low resistance to ranged opposition

Magic Penetration Marks. Since all of his skills are AP there couldn't be other choice.

Flat Ability Power Seals. Sure some of you guys would choose Ability Power per Level, but i think FLAT's are better to his early game kills when he takes advantage of his cds.

Flat Cooldown Reduction Glyphs. So low cooldowns that whole world is on fire!

Flat HP Quintesences. Since he doesn't need tone of AP it's only choose for me.

We grab Ignite passive from first tree, and take all no mana utilities from last tree including Flash cdr.

I'm always starting with Doran's Shield. It's good for first blood and early ganks. Next I'm taking Boots of Speed and start to gather gold for Hextech Revolver. Building from it Will of the Ancients. Spell Vamp works nice with OVERHEAT cause we make magic damage. Meanwhile finish Sorceres Shoes. Next is Rylai Crystal Scepter ( core item!) HP, AP and AoE slow. Start from Belt. Than I'm making Banshee Veil and Sunfire Cape. Not in exact order since it's depend from opponents. At the end we should sell dorans shield and buy a Abyssal Scepter.

We start with Q, since it's best skill at our little hero. Than we max W. We should take E skill at lvl 3. Of course we max Ulti when we can.

Combo is rly easy since all you need to do to stay in front of enemies. R>W>E>Q>E>Q...

For summoner spells I recommend Flash and Ignite. Flash is well know from his engaging and running abilities. Ignite to disable fast HP regen on enemies and gaining few AP from passive.

I dnon't take Ghost since we got W skill.

Of you take solo line you should take Teleport. As we know it alows you to immmediately back to your Tower or allow you to Team-Gank enemies.

So far I didn't find much resist for this kind of build. Rumble is great in team Fights thanks to AoE damage. He's one of best farmers in game. He can escape from ganks. He's really good. And he is one of the easiest to champion control! Have Fun Playing Rumble!
