Introduction

I put this guide together because it has been very successful for me and playing Rumble has given me a lot of Joy over the past two months or so. My Build is a little odd but it has proven to be a great success for me. I guarantee that you will do well and have fun with this build not matter how random the team composition is with random solo queues. This is not a carry toon but after a few games will him, you will feel like a carry, because of the domination that you will rain down on the opponents

Runes, Masteries, and Skills

It seems like my runes are all over the place with spell pen, armor, and AP. It really works out well with the build I have set up. This is a very tanky build. I even have it named "Tanky AP No Mana" under my setup. The tanky setup is great for early harassment and survivability in solo laning and team play.

Early Game Harassment

I'm not a mean person at heart. But making people feel stupid is sometimes fun, and when I say sometimes, I mean all the time. I am able to push a lane with a teammate at level two, no matter who is in the lane with me. The shield at level two prevents me fro m taking any real damage early game, while I am able to damage both of the opponents in that lane with my fire "Q". This is a great build for solo top lane as well, I have been very successful with both.

Mid Game Punishment

This is not a carry toon, but when I play him, I feel like I am cheating. Tower diving physically and with my ult is amazing. It me a few games to get used to the ult. You click it and hold it down and then drag anywhere on your screen, then let go and that is where the firebombs will start and you control the direction of them. (note: if you start your ult and are holding it down, but don't want to, press your "Q" then quickly let go of your "R" as to not waste your Ult at that time)

Chasing people down and Escaping dangerous situations is very easy with you "W". I have been able to escape their whole team during ganks. Reverse Bush Jumping is awesome(RBJ = running into a bush and then hitting your "W" and coming out the same direction that you came in. You are going to quick, that it give you a great advantage and a minor lead.

After you get "Force of Nature", Drop the Doran's Shield. Don't drop it until you need the room though, or it is a waste.

Late Game Team Domination and Face Wreckage

I really enjoy the spell vamp with this build, it works well with your ult when team jungling, late game in keeping you alive. Late game jungle team fights with this guy = win. You can slow and significantly lower the HP of their entire time with this power, that and charging in with your fire blazing and shield up. Its GG. The slow from the Rylai's Crystal Ceptor stacks with the slow from your Ult.

I really enjoy this character. Aside from his ult, he is super easy and a lot of fun to play. Like I said before, once you have his ult down, it's a cake walk. Good luck trying not to overheat during team fights. I am usually having so much fun, that I mess up there a lot, but the cool-down is not that bad at all

Farming

I know, I know. Teleport? Who in the world chooses teleport? I do. I love it. I can get back to my lane quick early game and keep my farm and harass up as well as late game map movement for ganks and teamfights, then moving back to a lane after teamfights for more selfish ninja farm. I like teleporting to mushrooms, thanks teemo, and wards all day long. It is good stuff.

Also your auto attack hits pretty hard from the start, so last-hitting is not that tough. Blowing flames all up in their junk helps a bit also.

Summary

Rumble is the toon that will help noobs be awesome. I feel like a hero when I have him. Early game kills are easy and KSing with your ult makes elitist cry. Have fun and let me know what you think of my build if you try it out. Cheers.
