Hello I´m noob and this is a guide for noobs.

Since penetration is the beez neez you gotta get it.

Also get scaling magic resist cause you can´t buy magic pen seals and ryze is lategame mage apparently.

Get dat 10% cdr and 10% cdr on flash and teleport ( Summoner's Insight is mandatory) so you can get to lane faster to farm faster.

Also gp5 because it´s free gold man.

Ryze scales with mana and ap so get items that give dat. Also get Void Staff for penetration

Q first, W second, E third, max 6 when possible.

Arcane Mastery It reduces your other spells´ cooldowns by 1. So you can go QWERQ.
Overload Main damage cause you can cast it twice at level 6
Rune Prison Snare so they won´t run away. Decent damage.
Essence Flux **** damage but you need it for your passive.
Desperate Power For farming and casting Overload 2 times.

Tons of hp.

Tons of damage.

Easy to use.

Mash buttans.

Win... Maybe.
