Actually the 3% AP from mana does stack. In the end of a build like this you will basicly have 1k+ ap.

Instead of one of them Archangel's Staff you should grab a Deathfire Grasp for the cool down and the nuke. If you get this and flat cooldown Glyphs, you will have like 39.83% CDR (Basically maxed) With this much CDR you can nuke your opponents two times in one Desperate Power

Edit: Oh and you will still have 1k AP with your Desperate Power up

You know what Means Passiv Unique ? it's not stacking up man ...
that's kind of lame, better use Mejai and stack it as fast as possible then maybe make something else.

change your zhonyas (deathcap) to the second item and this build is perfect for him

Why do people keep failing with stacked archangel staves?

one thing.....i would use the ult before rune prison cause rune prison also does dmg 0_o

This is a cheap way to build ryze which has incredible nuke ability. Archangels stacking is a classic thing, and people have been discussing of making the passive unique. Until then, this build may pass :P

gj with this build, with all the Archangel's Staffs you get ALOT of ap and adding a Zhonya's Ring to that will give a much AP!
