i tryed it. Good job mate, but i dont know why you picked ad runes it confuse me a bit so i picked normal magic penetration runes. I would change it keep finishing your guide and many people will upvote your guide :)

Well i have some positive and negative stuff for you. lets start with something i don't like. Why the attack damage and armor penetration runes?? I think this is a waste of rune slots for ryze. You should go for magic penetration runes. Cause late game you wont even have time to AA caus eyou have no CD's. So you should defenitly change that. Also you will have to cover way more in your build. Just take a look at this guide:

Now to the positive part: Your ability sequence is spot on, and your masteries plus items are good. And you have good writing skills. cause your text is nice to read. Keep working on this and then you will deserve my upvote. good job so far
