First of all, you really need to expand your build. It looks like <5000 words which is basically the minimum. You need to actually go in depth with his spells and how you chain them together effectively. Maybe put some spell combos up there?
Other than that, as far as your items go, I'm kind've confused why you get
Why do you get improved exhaust? You should get improved teleport / ghost instead of good hands... you should hopefully NOT be dying. Also expanded mind is a very bad mastery because it only functions off base mana. I would suggest putting those points into expanded mind, much more worthwhile.
Although these are great points, I am pretty sure that I can explain most of them fairly well.
An extensive guide for a simple character isn't very beneficial for most of the LoL community. Its a free game, which attracts a lot of younger players, most of which hate to read. They would much rather have things shown to them in a much more plain and simple way.
As for the Item choices, I -never- seem to find myself running out of mana (possibly because of the fact I constantly get the Blue Buff when its available) and the Archangel's Staff has always been more than sufficient for stacking enough mana to be effective.
And as for "Improved Exhaust", I only get it as the required fourth skill point to continue down that skill tree. I could care less if you want one of the other two options.
