Swain wins. He grabs you and heals to shrug off your poke, grabs your ADC and if they're cringe and still use burst swain chunk your ADC. Best use The Rising Star so you can play for late game

Welcome to my Guide
Hello! I am MultiFaker (IGN: Monarch of Ice) and I play Seraphine alot, so I'm gonna share what I think are some of Seraphine's best rune setups, and (in my personal opinion) the best Seraphine build!
Why play her this way?
I believe that this is the most optimal way to play her as each item synergizes with Seraphine in a different way. Moonstone adds to your healing power which is obviously a great thing considering you do heal based on missing health. Fimbulwinter gives you free shields when you stun enemies, meaning your W heals regardless if its Echo'd or not. Rylai's is the most popular for Seraphine giving you a free root/stun since it applies slow. And other items like Vigilant and Redemption are just great utility items to help increase healing or vision.
