Thy sins
1. Weird structured cheatsheet, you begin with starting items, go to a full build, and then go to a first recall section. That doesn't really make sense :P
2. I would reconsider
3. Your second build is an exact copy of the DPS full build
4. Questionable masteries aswell,
5. You explain a loooot about masteries, but explain minimal about runes. Usually it is the other way around :P, tell us why your choice is better than, for example, armor penetration marks + quints.
6. " Exhaust is a viable spell. Exhaust is basically a matter of personal preference." It is no preference, it is a support spell, if your support doesn't take it, you should take it. Oh, and Barrier is perfectly fine for ADC's. So much other spells are defined by "preference" while they are not, each summoner spell is good in a different situation.
7. You have so many items put in your cheatsheet, yet, you do not explain them all

There is lots and lots of stuff for you to do.
First of all, your cheatsheet, you better fix it asap, because right now it is a mess.
Second of all, the preference thing again. People say a lot of times that choices like items or spells are opinion based, they are NOT :O, they are situation based. Ghost is good when the enemy has high mobility, Teleport is good if you are way to afraid that you are going to get dominated. And even then, I would probably not pick those spells, instead I would take cleanse, barrier or ignite, because they are better for ADC's.
Finally, everything you put in your cheatsheet, needs to be in your guide, no excuses. Explain all your item choices.

:P thx bronana. I currently can't fix this stuff right now because I accidentally cleared the guide in the revision. so i had to ctrl+c ctrl +v this guide into a new one and COMPLETELY recode it. So it is going to take a while. I will fix this stuff when that is done.

holy **** that cheat sheet is terrible.
Runes are alright, I guess.
Boots of Speed start is terrible. Long Sword/Doran/Fort pot or bust.
Runaans is ****. WHY would you even THINK about using that? None of Draven's skills splash.
Sword of the Occult? Really? And no defensive items as an AD with relatively weak escapes?
I don't know what you're trying to accomplish with your skill sequence. Better to max R > Q > W > E for the steroids, you do NOT need the extra damage from E.

Masteries and Summoner Spells are all full of useless information. Get to the point. X is viable because X. You do not need to explain every little detail.
Skills:
Some tips and tricks here would be nice.
Skill Sequence:
"The rest is self explanatory."
No, it's not. Why are you putting multiple points into E instead of maxing Q ASAP? Why are you putting points into E in the first place?
Items:
"Just try this build on AI a few times."
BOTS? Do you even realize how EASY they are?

Except Draven has no on-hit effects to proc.
You aren't explaining why YOU DON'T GET DEFENSIVE ITEMS. ON A SQUISHY ADC.
Gameplay:
"If they have one fed champion and a tank, focus the fed one first while your tank stands in the way of all of their abilities."
Because you can TOTALLY dive into their team when you're an ADC. That will 100% win you every single game where people are half competent.

2nd Armor penetration. You need armor penetration in your main build even if it's DPS.
Pro's and Con's
I really really disagree with your statement of low damage output early game. In fact he has one of the strongest early games when it comes to damage.
Also another pro needed is that he is DRAVEN!!!!
Masteries

Summoner Spells
Abilities
So you don't tell us what his abilities are which isn't very helpful. What you need to do is tell his abilities using stats/pictures/ and when and how to use them. I do suggest keeping the section you have and add on to it.
Counters
This is one of my favorite things about draven get ready...........
HE COUNTERS EZREAL!!!!!!
Thats right he does and I'll explain. Ez has a low base health and draven has a slightly higher one. This allows draven to dominate the lane. Not only that but, his damage output is greater than ez's early game.add a section about counters. tell who he counters and who counters him.
Add these things and your looking at a +1 on your guide. Until then I wont vote. I hope some of this information has helped. It's also good to turn on the voter must leave a comment feature if you haven't already.
