Those are fine items on a fed Volibear (I main him, and I often do that **** when im fed, go look at my ranked thread Volibear games if you don't believe :p) But yea, needs situational items.

The masteries are, agreed, wrong.

Do 9/21/0 or 0/21/9 bro.

My problem with the build is the runes. I suggest AS marks and movespeed quints. ^^

Also, might I suggest Sunfire Aegis as an early buy? :p

Very debatable item choices. I personally would not build any damage items on volibear, and since he scales so well with HP, i would at least consider building a spirit stone over wriggles. Also, as kitable as volibear is, i find it necessary with some tenacity. Mercs or a spirit stone solves this greatly.

The most err... interesting is the Shiv though, i an aware that ionic spark was a great item for volibear, but the shiv(which pretty much replaced IS) is designed for crit champions like Gangplank, and not tanks. The passive looks awesome with you ultimate though xD

Thank you for helping me out, i must have forgotten about the boots, also the masteries are based around the movement speed as this is a utility jungle build, and as my guide states this is what i use and i do fine.

Bad item choices.

Black Cleaver? Statikk Shiv? No boots? Frozen Mallet is late. No situational items?

Masteries are rubbish. No defensive specs going into the jungle?

Questionable runes. Who gets AS Quints?

Guide is insubstantial. Barely any proper explanation whatsoever.
