I am not a professional, I only play the game to have fun in the bot games. I do not recommend this build in pvp but if you pull it off I will merit you on my guide. When I first played League of Legends I hated it really bad at first. Being the idiotic person that I was, I chose to buy a champion that suited my gamer eccentric expression. This champion was Talon, not know how difficult he would be to play to this day I fell on the ground over and over again. when it comes to the top recommended builds for talon I find them boring, or unfitting to my play-style. Talon to me in a Checker piece, you can't fail and get up with him. to counter those issues I've chosen to go with this build to make him viable late game vs early game. I will update this guide as much as possible to improve its fun factor when I can.

Sword of the Occult:
I have to start the slow clap. Sword of the Occult is frowned upon by the community for being too risky, some see it as a gimmick. most of them would be right because in this case we are playing the last gambit to ultimate victory. This item alone was my only reason to explore Talon further. Nothing feels better than a roller coaster ride that keeps you on the edge.
Boots of Swiftness:
I find boots of swiftness to be the best choice for tacticians, best in battle maneuverability, reduction of stuns, ect. anything else would be throwing your luck out the window.
Tiamat/Hydra:
in case you've stumbled upon this chapter and you haven't seen any other Talon guide before, Hydra is the now the main item for champions who rely on their sword for farming. combine this with the lifesteal for longer times in lanes.
Black Clever/Ghost Blade:
Icing on the cake when the build is finished, if you've scaled right then anything in your path should be a fell swift of you blade away from mlg glory. The BC scales the armor pen. with some bonus hp, the ghost blade is used when hunting a taget and closing a few gaps. it also synergizes with your q and e.

Talon cannon carry the game on his own sadly. There will never be a day when he is seen as the hero, he skulks in the darkness working to achieve his motives from behind the scenes.
To get the most out of talon you need to use your teamates as leverage. be nice and communicate , let them do the main course while you move about the map. near the end of their trades is when you dive in for the kill, you won't get it all the time but that's alright. you will live to see more days with a stronger kit in the end. If you can never die, you will in the beginning alot but it matters near the endgame. always keep a parameter on the map and always go for the last kit.
Make sure your tank/support/adcs are doing thier jobs nicely and you will do fine.
